Hi All,
Here are the 2019 district 6 mototrials rules with some changes that came from the meeting held with all the promoting clubs board members and representatives.
Here are the biggest modifications highlighted:
- Intermediate will ride 3 easy advanced sections and 3 hard novice sections (numbers based on a 6 section event). There will be no intermediate splits, the start of each section will denote I = N or I = A for the line they are to ride.
- Penalty points for the thirty minute grace period at the end of the event got bumped from 0.2 points/minute to 0.5 points/minute.
- Super Senior’s age got bumped from 55 to 60.
- Riders may change classes after being inactive for one year not two.
- New split markers are being looked into and would be provided to all promoting clubs for uniformity at all events.
- There will be a general rules meeting held annually on the Saturday evening at the last two day event each year where anybody can attend and bring items up for discussion. These items would then be further discussed at the board member meeting at the end of the year and voted on accordingly.
Hope all is well and look forward to seeing everyone at the season opener in Candytown April 28th!

2018 Final Points after throw away
Dear Members of D-6 Mototrials:
It has been ten years since I took over as your points and numbers chairperson. I hope I have served you fairly. It is time for someone else to step up and take over. I will be happy to help anyone with the transition. I will remain on until completion of the awards banquet. Thank you for your support.
Sincerely,
Terry Anselmo
Reminder: Rider Advancement-If a rider reaches the advancement number of points, (which is
16 points per event +3 wins); (excluding 1 work day and 1 throw out event) they
will have to move up to the next class the following year. If a rider feels he has been
unjustly advanced, the rider may petition the committee to remain in the class. Rookies
must accumulate 120 points to advance. If a rider advances midseason, the rider will
lose all points from the lower class and start out with a zero score for the higher class.
